Winchester
Folk Festival
17 May 2003
Once more,
to Winchester Folk Festival, where we had inclement weather but
an excellent choice of dance spots (we were under cover in the
afternoon). The audience was appreciative and joined in when
invited. Our musicians excelled themselves.
Present on
the day were: Adrian, Anne, Carey, Chris, Colin, DaveD, Dave K,
Diane, Doug, Gill, Ian O, Jerry, Jenny, Jill, Kelly, Linda, Mike
G, Mike S, Nikki, Pam, Tiffany and Tony.

Another
audience-participation dance - this time it's Dilwyn
danced in St Maurice's Covert. An excellent place to keep
dry with a captive audience and wonderful acoustics.
Mayflower Morris
were sharing the spot with us.

The
Winchester branch of the OBJ Fan Club. This family are french and
we met them at Winchester last year. Nolwenn poses in
Doug's hat, and they show us their new baby - just three
months old.
You know what they
say about women watching morris dancers!
