Taylor's Birthday in Winchester
24 April 2004
Graham
Taylor - stalwart of many local morris teams, and dance organiser
of the Winchester Folk Festival - invited us to his 60th birthday
celebrations in Winchester and Romsey.
The sun
shone and we had a superb day.
The other
dance teams were Hook Eagles, Morena, Ridgeway Stepclog,
Boghoppers&Bushbeaters, White Rats, and Fleet.
Present on
the day were: Abi, Anne, Chris, Colin, Dave K, Doug, Ian O,
Jenny, Mike G, Mike S, Nikki, Pam, Susie and Tiffany

of White Rats Morris (San Francisco) in the foreground. This caught the moment when
the hula-hula sway started whilst Hook were dancing
something-or-other to "Yellow Bird". This
quickly spread to the whole audience. One of the day's
great moments.
